Cancellation and Booking Policy


At Tiki Details, we are dedicated to providing exceptional auto detailing services while ensuring the smooth operation of our business. To maintain the efficiency of our operations and accommodate all our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation and booking policy:


**Appointment Cancellation:**


We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the vacated time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service price.


**No-Show Policy:**


A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification. If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service price.


**Late Arrivals:**


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to ensure that we can accommodate our subsequent clients. If you anticipate running late, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may have to adjust the service duration or reschedule your appointment.


**Booking Fee:**


For all new customers, a booking fee equivalent to 50% of the service price will be required at the time of booking. This fee reserves your appointment slot and helps us manage our schedule effectively. The booking fee will be applied to the final cost of your service.


**Cancellation Fee:**


If you cancel your appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy, and as long as the cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice, the booking fee will be refunded to you. However, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.


**Exceptions:**


We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or severe weather conditions, which may prevent you from providing the required notice. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.


By booking an appointment with Tiki Details, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our cancellation and booking policy, including the requirement of a 50% booking fee for new customers. We value your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide exceptional service to all of our clients.
