Decontamination & Preparation

Deep Clean & Inspection

We place your vehicle on our lift for a high-pressure underbody flush. We use detailed brushes to clean tight crevices, scrape away loose road debris or scaling rust, and thoroughly blow-dry the entire chassis. Lanoguard safely bonds directly over sound existing OEM coatings.

Precision Grease Application

Vulnerable Areas

We manually apply warmed, heavy-duty Lanoguard Moto Grease to the most exposed, vulnerable sections: weld seams, exposed chassis threads, and suspension bolts to prevent future seizing and deep pitting.

Expert Spray Coating

Comprehensive Shield

Using specialised atomizing spray equipment, we coat the entire underbody and internal box sections with Lanoguard Moto Spray. This creates a uniform, self-healing barrier while we carefully mask and avoid your braking components.

Curing and Aftercare

The Final Finish

The vehicle sits in our controlled workshop for 24 hours until the coating settles into its initial cure. It leaves our shop with a clean, clear, semi-satin, wax like finish that is immediately ready for the road.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?

For the initial installation of the Lanoguard underbody protection, we offer our detailed service at £379. This includes a comprehensive application of Lanoguard to protect your vehicle's undercarriage from corrosion, rust, and other common road damages.

To maintain the optimal condition of your underbody protection, we recommend our 12-monthly top-up service at the price of £199. This service is designed to keep the protective layer robust and your vehicle's underbody in excellent condition year-round.
DOES LANOGUARD KILL EXISTING RUST?

Lanoguard prevents and completely stops rust developing further. It will creep, bind, and bond underneath surface rust. It creates a barrier by hermetically sealing to the surface stopping water and oxygen getting in, therefore not allowing rust to develop. Lanoguard doesn’t remove existing rust, but it does bond to the metal surface below – over time it will slowly seep underneath surface rust and push off oxidation. It doesn’t remove rust completely, but it can improve and nourish the surface over time.
CAN LANOGUARD BE USED OVER SURFACE RUST?

Lanoguard is great for chassis with surface rust. It has a natural affinity to ferrous metals and will bond to the metal underneath any surface rust, it acts as a barrier by hermetically sealing to the surface keeping oxygen and water out - stopping any rust from developing further.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DRY?

Lanoguard reaches its final state around 7 to 10 days after application. Day 0 it is “oily” day 3 “soft” and final state is dry to the touch, but you know something is there. Like a candle to feel. Maybe a little softer. It dries to a clear / transparent semi satin wet look and stays that way for some months eventually dulling a little. But always stays clear; and of course, you can jet wash it to clean it back to how it was when you put it on. It is best to not drive the vehicle for 24hours to let it get through the first part of the curing process.
